Journaling 101

I’ve found that journaling is a very personal experience for everyone. I’d like to explain how I journal and hope you can learn something in order to make your experience even better.

I start by opening my journal and writing the date and time at the top of my entry. I do this so I can go back and see what meds are doing, if something triggered me, and to track patterns. I’ve found this very helpful, especially when I was starting new medicines or medical treatments. When I keep a journal, it helps me keep track of what happens between appointments so that I can remember what to share with my medical professionals as well as my wife and family.

Take a look at the journal’s I’ve created here.

  1. I don’t know about you, but most of the time I’m too tired at the end of the day too journal. I don’t know what to do about it.
