Why am I writing this blog? I feel others could benefit from thoughts I have on mental health, what I’ve been through, what I’m going through, and obstacles to come. I’m not an expert but I do have 50+ years of life experience in the matter. Experiencing the challenge of overcoming obstacles firsthand is a great way to learn but learning from others experience can be golden. If I can help even one person lessen their mental suffering, this journey will be worth it. My goal is to post once a week. Those of you with mental health problems know this can be a challenge, but I will do my best.
